Is it possible to beat stock fish level 1 at ultra bullet? Yes. Within 4 moves of the game, you can trick the computer into going fast and just play the Parham Attack (1e4 e5 2 qh5 nc6 3 bc4 nf3 4 qxf7#).

This is very hard to achieve. I did it once and was never able to do it again. Just have fun. I believe practicing against stock fish in ultra bullet would increase your speed, but don't forget, ultra bullet is not a real time control.
