Ummm..... I thought those games were meant to be unrated - or you'll end up getting flagged (unless you keep private ratings).
They play in casual mode on lichess, but might track ratings themself. Also I think he suggests that you will learn and increase your "real" rating, not the displayed one.
As stated in the description for their team, they're playing Advanced Chess - in which you play *with* engine assistance. Such players are known in Advanced Chess circles as 'cyborgs' seeing as they're a computer-human mix. Rated games with engine assistance are expressly against lichess rules, which is why they're playing casual, which is permitted so long as the opponent is made clearly aware of the fact that they're playing with assistance.

I take it that kettwiesel means that playing Advanced Chess means you'll play like a 3000 rated player, heh :)
might be cool to add an option for legal computer assistance with rating on here (that could also help to improve the analysis tools on lichess, especially the opening books etc on Crazyhouse :) )
