Really interesting game with a 2256 rated player, think I could have pulled it off right to the end

I want some serious thought about how I might have pulled off a win in this game.

Obviously my last move was shit, and I was thinking Rook up one would have worked well enough.

Anybody think this position is viable?

No this position isn't viable; you can trust Stockfish analysis which says -3 before your last blunder even if you don't trust me.
Arguably your position is already close to losing on move 7. I really encourage you to stop playing this horrible opening system where you don't develop any pieces. Your opponent didn't handle it in the most precise way (maybe 7... b6 followed by 8...c5 trying to blast open the center was better) but he always kept an edge because of his superior pieces activity and the numerous weaknesses in your position.
