I've seen this happening too sometimes, that I don't get auto-redirected but that I have to click on the "You are now playing" button. Does not happen frequently, though.
Yes, i think that if you stay at the page of the tournament, the match must appear and not give the option of join or not, and sometimes i get 0 points without play too, and sometimes appears that i not moved during the first 30 seconds for this reason.
