New move time bars look ugly.

After someone completes a game, we can see their move time bars. This view looks ugly.

(see Move Times)

Can we please revert back to the old line chart & shading? It was simple to follow.

What extra value are we getting by seeing the bars & the 2 lines regress to 0?

I don't really care about the 2 lines because I can see the amount of time left in a game with the timers at the top & bottom of the board.
It's impossible to see the black player's bars in dark mode. Just like the current move highlight is almost invisible in dark mode as I reported here over a year ago. I expect it's a hard one to fix and they're working on it.
Agreed, the updated look is terrible and pointless
I don't have that problem bc I use light mode ;)

but I agree, I also think that this change was not for the better!
Ooh, I didn't notice that change. I like it. I think it is better to see a sloped line for the time remaining instead of the spikey lines., and the bars I think are a much better way to represent time spent on a move. The bars are outlined so I don't think there is a problem seeing them. Each to their own I guess.

Okay, can we please not have redundant information then? Currently we have a game clock telling us how much time is left in the game. Why do we need a sloped line overlaid on top of the bars?

It's too much information to look at currently. I could understand the devs experimenting around with bars instead of the spiky lines. This experimenting is sullied by the sloped lines not adding any value and being distracting.
I say we have a light colour outline in the borders like yellow or white
It's should be light enough to easily differentiate between the time and the black background
