Suggestion : Create a game from position / Long tournament ?

In order to practice an opening let say the dutch, I d like to be able to create a game but from a position and seek player to play it. The problem is that if it were implemented it would be nearly impossible that the seek be matched. Would it be possible to have a c4 / d4 / e4 day long tournament so people can practice openings (no clue about time control ?) where you could pick a side (practice with white or practice with black) ?
It sounds like lot of work so no idea if people find this idea intersting or if you have other ideas to practice opening reliably ?

Well, you can create a tournament from the position. You'll still have problem finding people to play there if you are not a popular streamer. See lichess.org/blog/Wsm72i4AAJ5_KgMk/organizing-events-on-lichess for the options of promoting a special tournament. @opperwezen have already created several custom 24-hour tournaments, so that's not like something that works only in theory.
