Situation with one NM.

Hello, Dear Lichess Team and Lichess Community.

I hope that you will have a great chess day here.

By the way there was a tournament recently where one player with NM title "crossed the line".

This case might be relative to the one which has been happened about a month ago:

http://en.lichess.org/forum/general-chess-discussion/kingscrusher-should-be-banned?page=1

Since the result of the following relative case was official apologize, I would look forward for the same result in my case.

There is a warning before making a forum topic that "to report a user for bad behavior" use the report form.

It makes the perfect sense.

So the primary goal and reason of creation of this forum topic is that this NM will see that he was very wrong and will send official apologize inside this or his own new forum topic.

And secondary reason of creation of this topic is that the similar topic (with relative situation) has been created a month ago.

If Lichess Team would prefer to delete or close this topic then it will be fine for me but if it is ok to keep it here and active then it would be great also.

Thanks everyone for reading and goodluck in your games and tournaments.

Lance
The case with AMADAN is not a good example.

AMADAN verified himself as IM with his real identity.

You remain to be anonymous, which is ok for everyone. Nothing wrong with that.

With your high rating you have to deal with stuff like that if you want to stay anonymous. People will always be skeptical.
Thank you very much for your message, BitChess.
Your points make sense.

Well, there are enough of my games on Youtube vs very strong GM Nigel Short and other strong player(s).

Also there are enough of my games which are available online on Lichess (almost 13k by now) and on another large chess site.

Also there is a Lichess rule.

I can't find an exact link for this rule yet but I've seen it somewhere in the past.

And Lichess Team can kindly confirm currently if this rule really exists - that public accusations are highly prohibited
and the only and available option to be skeptical about other players' skills is to use the "report" button.

So if this rule exists then behavior of this NM is not acceptable regardless of myself having open or anonymous name.

Correct please my way of thinking if there is anything to update and I will follow your recommendations.

Thanks again, BitChess for your input.
I appreciate it.
Lance! I wanted to ask. Is it possible to get from you database with your classic parties for study and analysis? Unfortunately to assemble your party is very difficult. You play in many disciplines. And another question about the session. I know you sometimes spend a session. Maybe you have a calendar of your sessions. On the forum you can create a special branch and to announce the session in advance. Many players on the lichess will be happy to meet you over the Board. Since the tournament is not all play as you. I am very glad that you are also from Russia. Thank you.
That was definitely out of line.

But you should understand that people get slightly suspicious, when an anonymous russian online chess coach , who, if i remember correctly, claims to have no over the board rating, turns out to be one of the best blitz players on the planet.
The situation is the same as with AMADAN. And Amadan didn't open his real identity himself to the public either.
Nobody has the right to offend and slander publicly.
@Voronn09

Thanks for your message and interesting idea about session and nice to meet you!

You can send me pm (private message) with information of which games would you like me to send to you.

You can also use "advanced search" on Lichess.

What kind of session do you mean?
I like to play in the tournaments currently and I gave some simuls in the past.

So, if you mean a simul by "session" then it will be difficult for me to know a good time in advance.

Players can make a poll and vote for their prefered time control, side, amount of players in simul (and maybe additional parameters) and date of the simul.

A poll can be created, for example, here:

http://www.strawpoll.me/

And I can give a simul on this date while I would be online.

I wouldn't know exact time but I'd follow the same date as players would prefer and time of start of the simul would have to be random.

@LeeeeroyJenkins

Thanks for your message also.

I understand your point of view.

But such kind of people have to follow Lichess rules and common sense.

If they have any doubts then they can see at least some of my almost 13k+ Lichess games, youtube videos etc, use "report" button etc, but not use public accusations.

Your second part of the sentence is not 100% correct.
But thank you for your input as well.

@Chesstroll_Berserk

Thanks for your message and support.

Well, situation is a little different (but still have a lot in common) - BitChess is correct.

But it would be great if the final result (official apologize by a person who has made public accusations) would be the same.

'[...] turns out to be one of the best blitz players on the planet.' This claim is, I must say, greatly disputed.
@Lance5500. Hopefully you get apologized to by Unicornz but if he's is asked to do it he might just close his account.
