This is a highly subjective topic. I found an article that tries to point out the differences between the three biggest chess websites: www.ichess.net/blog/lichess-vs-chess24-vs-chess-com/

My personal opinion: even if the features of chess.com were a tiny bit better in every category (which I doubt is the case), I would still choose lichess because there are no ads and no paywalls. It’s almost impossible to beat a free chess server of this quality.
