How many chess books you have on PC

When I am unclear about any chess topic I start to download chess books with torrent. At the moment I have downloaded more than 100 books by the most famous authors.

Currently I'm finding every book boring because I've read too much, and they write many useless things, many topics are repeated thousands of times. Nevertheless "Secrets of practical chess" by john nunn has currently attracted my attention and I'm finding real value in it.

What are you reading at the moment? how many chess books you have downloaded?
That's probably illegal to download chess books for free. I only have two chess books, at the moment. I'm currently reading "My System", and its worth the price. Also, I'd consider buying "Silman's Complete Endgame Course" or "Drovetsky's Endgame Manual" and support the author by buying these books.

You don't need hundreds of books, these should cover most of your chess career. I realize I'm not that much stronger of a player than you, but I still strongly believe you should legally buy a couple of quality books, such as, the ones I already stated.

I've downloaded a hundred page sample of Simon William's book about the dutch defense, and I'll probably buy the book in the future once I decide on openings for tournaments.

Good luck to you !
@The Studier how can it be illegal? everybody is downloading books online. I've downloaded my system by thatwich 2 years ago, it's not worth to be considered seriously today when players are very pragmatic and play in attacking style. They are old books, chess has changed too much today, theory has evolved. If I would suggest you any course it is Igor Smirnov courses, they are very practical and if you combine his thinking system with knowledge it would mean fast progress.
I've downloaded a bunch of them. I don't really spend much time reading them. I did buy a used book by Reuben Fine, it hasn't gotten here yet. I'm hoping that having the physical book and working through it with some type of physical chess board in front of me will help me improve more.
Where on the internet do you download your ebooks?
I torrent downloaded of around,1000 books in Russian. Really time to read a little for work. Now I like books, ChessBase as on a chess Board you can see all the options. If you want you can give a link to ChessBase books via personal mail. As for piracy punished.

Please register and you will unlock the links. Read the threads. There Russian and English sections of the forum.
Recently a thread was closed immediately, where a player asked for where to download a book.
Maybe we have a lawyer here, who could explain about copyright? Isn't it a international law? But still every country seems to handle it differently. In some they don't care at all, in others only upload is illegal. Really would like to know.
