Time featured on TV

I dont understand what TV actually is and how people with less than 2000 elo are featured on tv and some games of mine have tv symbols. Please explain.

So how you get featured on TV and why one of my game has a TV symbol near it.

You get featured when the avg of your and your opponent rating is the highest at that time in a variant.
