Best gui for stockfish 8?

Hi which gui for stockfish should i use? i know arena, are there any other good gui?
I like Chessbase/fritz. But it is costly. I don't have any free ones besides SCID and I don't think its all that good.
No clear answer without more information. OS? (I guess Windows) What do you need it for? There is no GUI that can do everything equally good.

1.) Engine Tournaments: Winboard, Shredder GUI, Cutechess, maybe "SCID vs. PC" (I am no expert here)

2.) Playing the computer / Training / Sparring: LucasChess, SCID, Chessbase, Winboard, Arena, Shredder GUI, HIARCS Chess Explorer

3.) Variants: Winboard, Pychess, Cutechess

4.) Database/Deep Computer Analysis/Opponent-Preparation/Annotations/Stats: SCID (SCID > "SCID vs. PC" imho), [nothing for a long time], Chessbase

5.) Online Play: Chessbase, Pychess, Babaschess (but lichess > all)

Watch out: some of these GUIs are sometimes pretty unintuitive to handle but are very, very powerful if you take the time to learn stuff.
Examples: SCID, Winboard/Xboard.

The ones that are best designed should be "Shredder GUI" and "HIARCS Chess Explorer".
I personally use pychess here on linux. However, I've found that I do most of my analyzation work either on a physical board or on lichess anyways.
thanks for all your answers! i ve downloaded arena but i dont understand it so much, i ll try some others too!
