#10 But the rule is fair... with bad play Black could get mated, so Lichess awards full credit to White.
#8 This is exactly the FIDE rules for online playing without an arbiter.

#12 Those are Premium Chess rules. I keep saying that I'm not trying to implement the FIDE rules and people keep trying to correct me.
FIDE rules are available at:

#13 You mean FIDE Online Arena isn't FIDE but something else.
I mean that Premium Chess rules govern the Premium Chess web site.
Quotation from this site:
www.premiumchess.net/int/en/home/about-us
"FIDE online arena is a member of the Premium Chess community of arenas. "
Then this is also the rules FIDE apply for online playing. The link i posted in #12 was actually found on FIDE online Arenas page.
The rules given in http://fide.com/FIDE/handbook/LawsOfChess.pdf only apply to OTB playing which is also stated in this document.

Also quotation from that same site:
© 2015 Premium Chess.

P.IVA 02959531209
That means legally speaking, those rules are property of Premium Chess.
I keep attempting to disambiguate and keep FIDE out of my rules explanation as conflating will only cause confusion.
I do not disagree that the FIDE Laws of Chess document I link to applies to OTB play; however those are the FIDE rules.
