in my opinion it's a genius financial move that Madrid is making, if Mbappe signs with them, he will have even greater popularity, because his popularity had been declining for 2-3 years. therefore, more TV rights, more image rights and money, even if his salary is smaller. he gives up a championship to which he owes everything, to venture into a club with a big name like a 6 year old child who dreams of playing there will do. I doubt he will get used to the Spanish championship, he will not be able to straighten it out on his own, La Liga is weakening compared to the PL and the Bundesliga and the Italian championship which are becoming more competitive internally. La Liga has kept the aura of Messi and Ronaldo but not their legacies, La Liga wants real number 9s capable of scoring with headers and from the penalty spot, precise players in the absence of having magicians. the PL is in the opposite, Haaland impresses but is no longer dreamed of, he is too standard like 9. so if Haaland goes to Spain and Mbappe to PL, it will be fairer
