I really like vote chess - I can learn from others and sometimes help others to learn. Can we get vote chess on this site?

Ratings are only comparable within a pool, so comparing chess.com v. lichess, or OTB, in general, doesn't make sense.

I would say two players of relatively equal tactically ability, the one playing with a plan (strategy) would generally have the advantage.
