Why do you play chess?

I play chess because I can't meet any hot chick... I used to try but they always have been saying that my 'bishop' is too small...
I play chess because I can. I would be master of the world, but I can not :(
I enjoy watching my opponent relize there is no solution to when I crush him in a game also I hate it when it happens to me which makes me wanna play more.
#9 Chess is definitely an art! That means: By Definition.

Kasparov Capitalized on that. He wrote some book on the topic.
I've always become obsessed with stuff I'm not good at so when I was taught and beaten many times I figured I wanted to try this.
Pays for my drug habit :D

With the tournament prizes being what they are, my habit is coffee :D
It's amazing that on a small tabletop board with only 64 squares & 32 pieces it's possible to make an infinite combination of moves. In your lifetime you will never play the sane game twice.
#16 I can get you a good deal on some brown ... straight from columbia. That'll be coffee I am talking about.
#17 You will probably play the same game twice. It is not that you will never, it's just unlikely.
